Due to phenomenal demand, English rock band, Squeeze, will visit Connexin Live, Hull as part of their 50th Anniversary Tour. Featuring special guest Badly Drawn Boy.

Squeeze will be performing an impressive list of hits, rare gems from their extensive back catalogue, and a few new surprises.

Scouting for Girls, 16th November, Hull City Hall

To celebrate the release of their new album Scouting For Girls are heading out on tour.

Lead singer Roy said “The shows this year have been magic and I feel like we’re at the top of our game, and I’m excited to create a brand new show and setlist for the 2024 tour. All the big hits, new songs and a selection of fan favourites. See you there!”

Shed Seven, 19th November, Hull City Hall

Following the release of their acclaimed number one album, Shed Seven are coming to Hull as part of a very special 30th-anniversary tour.

The tour promises to be the band’s biggest yet, as they revisit cities and towns that have been instrumental in shaping their journey over the past three decades.

Expect some surprise guest appearances along the way and as if things couldn't get any better, Shed Seven will be joined by The Sherlocks.

Jamie Webster, 23rd November, Connexin Live

Taking the magic and passion of recent main stage outdoor celebrations of his music, Jamie Webster has announced a UK & Ireland Winter 2024 Tour, including an arena appearance in Hull.

Fans can expect songs old and new, including his recently BRIT Silver Certified modern folk classic, Weekend In Paradise, to be in the setlist as Webster prepares to play some of the biggest shows away from his home city.

Déjà vu Presents Hacienda, 30th November, Connexin Live

Get ready to relive dance music's golden age as The Hacienda comes to Connexin Live, Hull on Saturday, 30 November.

The event will also pay homage to the iconic Hacienda club with an international, all-star DJ line-up.

Following sell-out shows at Manchester's Warehouse Project, Castlefield Bowl, The Royal Albert Hall and Glastonbury Festival this promises to be the most anticipated dance music event the city has ever hosted.

For those looking to laugh off the winter blues, some of the biggest names in British comedy are coming to Hull this November.

Jason Manford: A Manford For All Seasons, 16th November, Connexin Live

Comedian Jason Manford returns to Hull on Saturday, 16 November 2024 with his brand new show, A Manford All Seasons.

A Manford All Seasons is Jason’s latest comic offering set to hit the road, and is sure to be ‘expert observational comedy’ (The Guardian) mixed with ‘comic gold’ (Mail on Sunday).

Frank Skinner – 30 Years of Dirt, 23rd November, Hull City Hall

Following a sell-out UK and Ireland Spring tour, and after announcing a third run in London’s West End at The Gielgud Theatre, comic legend Frank Skinner adds extra tour dates in Autumn 2024 for his critically acclaimed new stand-up show, ’30 Years of Dirt’.

November’s Christmas Events in Hull

Christmas Lights Switch on, 21st November

Hull’s Christmas lights will be switched on in Queen Victoria Square on Thursday, 21st November.

As always, the annual Christmas Lights switch-on will include a host of special guests and performers on the balcony of City Hall.

The entertainment starts at 5pm with the big switch on at 6.45pm.
