Connexin Live Events in June

Hull’s largest entertainment venue is putting on various shows throughout June to cater for everyone. Kicking off the set of fixtures is Romesh Ronganathan’s brand-new show, Hustle. After a sell-out show back in 2022, Romesh is back providing hours of laughs. With limited tickets available, now is the chance to get yours. 

The next of the live shows taking place this month is Faith The Album Live - Featuring Rob Lamberti. On the 8th of June, you can relive George Michael’s multi-award-winning first solo album. With raving reviews, the one-night-only show is not one to be missed! 

Are you a Swiftie? On Friday 14th June, Swiftogeddon returns to Hull following an unforgettable night back in December. With a night full of deep cuts, extended mixes, fan favourites and all of her hits, if you have a Blank Space in your diary, get yourself down.

The final Connexin Live show for June 2024 is The Dreamboys, back for 2024. Providing the audience with high-energy dance routines, west-end choreography, audience participation and larger-than-life personalities, The Dreamboys continue to steal the hearts of millions of fans worldwide with their next stop being Hull. 

Humber Bridge Soapbox Derby

If you’re looking for a fun-filled day for all ages, get yourselves down to the annual Humber Bridge Soapbox Derby. On Saturday 15th June, from 10am to 3pm, you can experience the thrill of of watching homemade soapbox racers throw themselves and their karts down the track, showcasing creativity, engineering ingenuity and their sheer speed. 

There’ll be food stalls, live music, activities for all ages and the best thing is that admission is free and the proceeds from the event will be going straight to local charity, Hull4Heroes. 

Beverley Racecourse, June 2024

Just a short drive, or bus journey, from Hull is Beverley Racecourse - more than just a racecourse. Throughout June, there will be 3 horse racing fixtures to get yourselves to:

  • Bet365 Very British Raceday (8th June 2024)

  • Evening Racing (18th June 2024)

  • Afternoon Racing (25th June 2024)

Alongside the racing, this month, Beverley Racecourse is opening its gates for Outdoor Cinema Hull. With two showings, you can experience the joys, laughter and outdoor cinema experience with your friends and family. 

On the 22nd June, you can step right up to experience the magic of The Greatest Showman like never before. Alternatively, on the 23rd June, you can put on your dancing shoes and get practising your singing voice for the showing of Mamma Mia. Get your tickets for an unforgettable night!
