Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply, depending upon when your cancellation is received in advance of the scheduled arrival date, as follows:

(a) Guests can cancel or make date changes for free up to 72 hours before arrival. Guests can also move any percentage of money onto a Gift Card to be redeemed at a later date if they wish.

(b) Guests will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost if they cancel a booking within 72 hours of arrival.

(c) If the guest does not show up, they will be charged 100% of the total Reservation cost.

(d) Large group bookings (4 rooms or more) or long-term stay bookings will be charged 50% of the Reservation cost when booking. This is non-refundable.

  • If bookings are made within 1 month of the arrival date full payment will be taken at the time of booking. If bookings are made with an arrival date further than 1 month away then 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking, with the remaining balance to be taken at the arrival date.

  • If you wish to cancel an Accommodation Contract, you must notify us by e-mail in accordance with the instructions in your Booking Confirmation. The cancellation will be effective only if we receive it, following which we will confirm cancellation of your Accommodation Contract via email. If you do not receive this confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. You should therefore keep the cancellation confirmation reference which you receive.

(e) Our booking system will automatically expire provisional bookings after 30 days. Any provisional bookings made less than 30 days before arrival will need to be confirmed within 48 hours.
